Burnout Bootcamp is a trauma-informed, nervous system-based intensive designed for women who have no more left to give. Whether you’re managing ADHD, trauma, executive dysfunction, or you’re simply overextended from holding it all together, this is deep, customized care that works fast and lasts.

What to Expect

Burnout Bootcamp is an in-person, one-on-one intensive experience designed to help you reset your nervous system, release stored stress, and feel like yourself again.

Think of it as a nervous system spa day. 

This isn’t cookie-cutter care. It’s fully customized based on how you’re feeling, what your body needs, and where your system is stuck.

Every session may include a blend of:

Reiki and energy healing

to help ground your body, clear emotional clutter, and calm your nervous system.

Breathwork and mindfulness practices

to gently shift you out of fight-or-flight mode.

Somatic techniques

to support the release of stress and tension stored in your body.

Guided reflection

that allows you to process stuck emotions without retraumatization.

Practical lifestyle tools

that empower you to maintain and build on the progress you’ve made.

You don’t need to prep, perform, or be “on.” You just need to show up. I’ll handle the rest.

The Burnout Bootcamp Experience

Burnout Bootcamps take place in-person in North Carolina, either in my office in Raleigh, NC or at a selected retreat-style location (beachside, mountain, or a private local rental). Sessions are fully confidential, restorative, and grounded in trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming care. All sessions include:

  • Personalized Pre-Intensive workbook and analysis by The Burnout Professor 
  • Pre-Intensive session review the workbook and develop a personalized roadmap for your success
  • Intensive Session
  • Post-Intensive session to debrief and craft an ongoing plan to sustain your transformation

Important to Note:

Post-Sessions occur 1–2 weeks after your intensive day(s).

This format is not appropriate for individuals experiencing suicidal or homicidal thoughts, active psychosis, substance use disorder, or an eating disorder.

No. If you are only working with me through an intensive package, I am not considered your primary therapist.

If your package includes multiple intensive days, you can schedule them on consecutive days (like Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) or across consecutive weeks.

Pre-Sessions are scheduled 1–3 weeks before your Burnout Bootcamp begins.

Hi, I’m Erica Cuni, LMFT, CIMPH. A licensed therapist, trauma-informed coach, and neurodivergent woman who’s been there, survived burnout (and a Mack truck), and turned recovery into a roadmap for others. As a trauma-trained therapist with nearly 20 years of experience, I integrate research-backed, nervous-system-based approaches that help you feel the shift, not just talk about it.
