Hi, I’m Erica Cuni, a trauma-informed burnout coach and licensed therapist with nearly two decades of experience in mental health and integrative wellness. I blend the best of both worlds. As a licensed therapist, I bring deep clinical insight. As a coach, I focus on forward movement—teaching you how to regulate your nervous system, build emotional resilience, and create sustainable habits that support your mental well-being.

I’ve been through burnout myself, and a collision with a Mack truck (literally). I know what it means to rebuild from rock bottom. That lived experience fuels the grounded, no-fluff approach I bring to coaching.
