Weekly therapy and monthly coaching sessions aren't always the right answer.

Maybe you’ve tried therapy and find that every time you’re starting to make some progress, your 50 minutes is up, and the next session feels like starting all over. Perhaps you’ve never even tried it because your busy schedule simply doesn’t afford you the flexibility in your schedule. Or, the waitlist for the therapist you want to work with is weeks or months long.

You might be here because:

  • You need a cost-effective approach to therapy

  • A recent event has shaken your sense of stability or safety

  • Traditional weekly therapy hasn’t delivered the results you need

  • You’re ready for real change, tired of incremental, inconsistent progress

The weekly model of therapy is shifting to meet your needs. Now more than ever, we need flexibility on how we get support as we navigate our lives.

You know you need something different.
Let's go beyond traditional therapy.

Intensives Explained
Clients get to the root and experince results faster.

Rather than stopping and starting in 1-hour blocks every week, intensives allow you to set aside a larger chunk of time to do the deep work necessary to achieve real, long-lasting change.

This is a cutting-edge, research-backed approach to therapy. Our work together will be focused, in-depth, and personalized to you & your goals.

In fact, many people think of Therapy Intensives like a retreat. For those few days, you can unplug, take time off work, get a babysitter, or even stay in a hotel.

This time is completely dedicated to you so you can focus on healing, reflecting, and reconnecting.

Intensives (noun):

Intensives can be an extended therapy session or a mini-retreat for self-care that provides more frequent, longer sessions over a shorter period of time to help speed up recovery. It can be used to help people overcome a variety of challenges, including: life transitions and stress or anxiety, burnout, and trauma.

Therapy Intensives are perfect for people that are ready for relief now. If you’re ready to see things change in your life and your relationships but you don’t want to wait for that to happen next year - a Therapy Intensive may be right for you.

If you have a specific topic, trauma, or stressor that you want support with - this can be the focus of your Therapy Intensive. The dedicated time will be customized specifically to you and your goals.

You deserve a life that feels good. Not just one that "looks" good on the outside.

Change is possible and it can happen fast.
