Ongoing Weekly or Biweekly Sessions
50 minutes, weekly or biweekly. An ongoing therapeutic relationship with consistent support and steady momentum. The right fit if you want a reliable touchpoint as you’re living your life — not just processing it after the fact.
Extended Sessions (90 minutes – 4 Hours)
90 minutes weekly, 2 hours biweekly, or 3 to 4 hours monthly. An ongoing therapeutic relationship in a longer container. Built for clients who want more depth per session without losing the continuity of working together over time.
Burnout Recovery Intensive
The Capacity Intensive™ — 1, 2, or 3 dedicated days. No ongoing commitment. No ongoing relationship required. You come in, we go deep, you leave with a precise map of what’s driving the pattern and exactly what to do next. Already have a therapist? This works alongside that.
*In select cases, travel-based sessions are available within North Carolina and Connecticut when clinically appropriate.
Formats can also be combined. The right structure is figured out together — based on your nervous system, your schedule, and what you’re working on.

The problem was never effort. The target has been.
Nothing You've Tried Has Been Wrong.
Burnout therapist in Raleigh, NC that addresses what everyone else has missed.
If you’re here, you’ve probably already tried the obvious answers. Mindset work. Self-help books. Podcasts. Workshops. Yoga. Meditation. Wellness strategies that helped for a little while and then fell apart the moment life got hard. Not because you didn’t try hard enough. None of it reached the nervous system the way it needed to.
This is not your standard therapy. Move over, Freud. It’s a new era.
Ready to try something that actually reaches it?
It rarely shows up as one thing
What burnout therapy in Raleigh, NC actually addresses.
In high-performing adults, burnout symptoms almost never arrives alone. It shows up layered — anxiety, perfectionism, people pleasing, chronic stress, hypervigilance — all tangled together, all making perfect sense once you understand what’s driving it underneath.
This work addresses:
- High functioning burnout
- Anxiety
- Chronic stress
- Perfectionism
- People pleasing
- Overwhelm
- High functioning depression
- Relationship issues
- Self-esteem
- Hypervigilance — why you can't relax
These don’t get treated as separate problems. They get understood as connected — coming from the same place, addressed at the same level. That’s the difference between managing symptoms and understanding the system.
You've probably never had a therapist like this.
What working with a burnout therapist in Raleigh, NC who gets it actually feels like.
Most people come in expecting standard therapy. The careful questions. The reflective listening. The “how does that make you feel.”
That’s not what this is.
I didn’t build this work from a textbook. It was built through hard-earned life experience — blood, sweat, and tears — from two burnout recoveries, nearly two decades of clinical work, and the very real experience of knowing everything clinically and still not seeing it coming.
That’s why this lands differently.
I am a hope merchant, a change agent, a cheerleader, a coach, an accountability partner, and a therapist — all rolled into one. Direct. Compassionate. A spitfire who will name what she sees in real time and challenge you in a way that feels supportive, not pressured.
My clients say they’re surprised by how much ground we cover. They come in thinking they’re getting just a therapist. They find out quickly this is something different.
This isn’t passive. It isn’t sterile. It’s the thing you’ve been looking for.

What this work actually does
Two tracks. Running at the same time. Every session.
No matter which format you choose, the work operates the same way underneath.
The first track gives you something to use right now. Specific, practical tools that regulate your nervous system in real time — so you have something to reach for in the moment the pattern is running, not just insight about why it’s hard.
The second track builds capacity over time. Structural change through physiological, psychological, and environmental factors — so your system gets stronger, more flexible, and harder to knock off balance.
Both tracks. Every format. Every session. This is what makes the work hold when everything else has worn off.

FAQ's
Questions People Ask Before They Reach Out.
Burnout therapy in Raleigh, NC — what you actually want to know.
What is your approach to burnout therapy?
Think of your nervous system like a battery. Everything in your life draws from it — work, relationships, responsibilities, stress, sleep, all of it. When it’s been running on empty long enough, no amount of rest, insight, or effort fills it back up. That’s burnout. And that’s what this work addresses — not the symptoms on top, but the battery underneath. We figure out what’s draining it, give you real tools to stop the drain in real time, and build capacity over time so you’re not starting from zero every day. The science has caught up. The nervous system is the answer.
What are your fees and do you take insurance?
Individual therapy sessions are $225 per session. Extended sessions range from $375 to $900 depending on length. The Capacity Intensive™ starts at $1,800. Weekly and biweekly sessions have superbill availability for potential out-of-network reimbursement — a diagnosis is required by your insurance company and we discuss this together before anything is submitted. Extended sessions and the Capacity Intensive™ are private pay only and not covered by insurance. Full fee and insurance details are available on the Fees & Insurance page.
How do I know which format is right for me?
hat’s exactly what the discovery call is for. The right format depends on your schedule, what you’re working on, and what your nervous system needs right now. Some people know immediately. Others need the conversation to figure it out. Either way — nothing is decided before we talk. The discovery call is free, 20 minutes, and there is no pressure or commitment in either direction.
Do I have to commit to ongoing therapy?
No. The burnout recovery intensive – also known as the Capacity Intensive™ exists specifically for people who want concentrated, time-limited work with no ongoing commitment. You come in, we go deep, you leave with a precise map and a clear direction. Some clients take that roadmap and apply it independently. Others use it as the foundation for ongoing work. The choice is yours — and it stays yours.
